Shipping & Returns



You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and again once your order has shipped with tracking number.



We ship orders within the U.S. for a flat rate of $10 ground shipping. Please note that heavier or oversized orders are subject to higher shipping fees, which will be noted on the product page.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped. 

Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. If you wish to ship your order to a location other than to a residential or business address, please contact us before placing the order to guarantee that the order will go through.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. There is a $10 handling fee for international orders. We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. All sales are final - returns are not accepted on international sales. Wynne Ware is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 



We want you to be happy with your purchase at Wynne Ware. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. All returns need to be made up to 14 days after the delivery date. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned. Before shipping back your return, please contact us and let us know which item you are returning. No returns will be accepted for items marked down or final sale items. We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return requirements. 

Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. We will refund your original form of payment. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure the return is sent via a trackable carrier and insured to the full amount of the package as it is not Wynne Ware's responsibility for a lost or broken returned package. Please e-mail hello@wynneware.com to begin the return process. 



Residents of California will be charged the State's required sales tax on all eligible items. Residents of all other states are exempt and will not be charged tax on their order.
